Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy services to patients across acute and outpatient settings
• Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and adjust therapies as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Illinois
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in speech and language assessment
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records
