Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to medical/surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry readings
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Iowa
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• TNCC and NIHSS preferred
• Experience in med/surg or telemetry setting a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
