Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate oncology nursing care to patients
• Administer chemotherapy and supportive treatments
• Monitor vital signs and response to therapy
• Collaborate with oncology team to develop individualized care plans
• Document patient progress accurately
• Educate patients and families about disease process and treatment options
• Maintain a safe and healing environment

Qualifications

• RN license in Iowa
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• TNCC certification
• NIHSS certification
• 0+ years of experience in medical oncology or related field
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
