Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care in fast‑paced medical/surgical units
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other team members
• Document patient assessments and progress in electronic health records
• Respond promptly to emergencies and critical situations

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts
• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year experience in medical/surgical nursing
• Ability to work 12.5‑hour shifts with no break
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate care

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Infection control and aseptic technique
• Documentation and electronic health record proficiency
• Emergency response and rapid assessment
• Interdisciplinary collaboration
