Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to pediatric patients in a Med/Surg setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor patient progress and document findings in electronic health records
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and post-discharge care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oregon
• Experience in Med/Surg or pediatric nursing preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and vital sign monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Wound care and infection control
• Electronic health record documentation
• Critical thinking and problem solving
