Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care in the Post-Care Unit
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Monitor vital signs and document patient progress accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
• Educate patients and families on post-acute care
• Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Louisiana
• Minimum of 1 year experience in acute or post-acute care
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts and pick up as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment

• IV therapy
• Electronic Health Records proficiency
