Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care to patients, including scaling, polishing, and periodontal assessments
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care
• Perform dental radiographs and interpret findings
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with infection control protocols
• Collaborate with dentists and dental assistants to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in the state of Pennsylvania
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dental team

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental hygiene procedures and equipment
• Knowledge of dental software and electronic health records
• Understanding of infection control and OSHA regulations
• Ability to educate patients on oral hygiene and diet
