Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced Med/Surg unit
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
• Document patient progress and vital signs accurately
• Assist with procedures and support surgical teams
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Med/Surg or related setting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work flexible, 12.5‑hour shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient assessment and monitoring
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Wound care and dressing changes
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency
• Critical thinking and problem‑solving
