Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pediatric nursing care in a fast-paced Med/Surg setting
• Assess and monitor patients, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Document care accurately and timely
• Educate families on patient care and safety
• Respond to emergencies with calm and competence
• Maintain infection control standards
• Support patient families with empathy and guidance

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in Washington
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
