Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs throughout labor
• Assist with labor, delivery, and postpartum care for mothers and newborns
• Administer medications and provide patient education on birthing processes
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure safe deliveries

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Massachusetts
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications required
• AWHONN/Fetal Heart Monitoring certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of obstetric emergencies and interventions
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in electronic medical records
