Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, adjusting care plans as needed
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Iowa
• Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
• ICU experience strongly preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, critical care environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Critical thinking and rapid decision-making
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and ventilator management
• Compassionate patient and family-centered care
