Shift Type: Varied shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit
Carry out physician orders and document comprehensive clinical documentation
Communicate patient information through bedside shift report, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding
Promote a culture of safety and well-being within the department
Participate in quality initiatives and performance improvement to improve patient outcomes
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care

Qualifications

Current New Hampshire RN license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Graduate of an approved Nursing program preferred
Basic Dysrhythmia preferred or obtained prior to completion of orientation
Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred

Education

Graduate of an approved Nursing program preferred
