Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in need
• Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and implement appropriate interventions
• Administer medications and treatments while ensuring patient safety
• Monitor vital signs, document patient progress, and communicate findings to the healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania, or a compact RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Previous nursing experience is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and staff
• Ability to think critically and respond effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and basic computer skills
• Collaborative team player with a commitment to patient advocacy
