Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in a dynamic healthcare setting
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Adhere to facility policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Advocate for patients' needs and ensure their comfort and well-being

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted professional license in the state of practice (or compact privilege)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and diverse patient populations
• Must meet facility health requirements including drug screening, immunizations, and physical

Knowledge & Skills

• Comprehensive clinical knowledge in your specialty area
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous learning
