Roles & Responsibilities

• Greet and room patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Take and record vital signs and patient histories accurately
• Assist providers with exams and clinical procedures in a busy OB/GYN practice
• Manage patient flow to keep the clinic running smoothly
• Document all patient interactions in Epic EMR with precision
• Provide compassionate support to patients throughout their visit

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current Medical Assistant certification
• Previous experience with Epic EMR (required)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care

Education

• High School Diploma

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of patient intake and rooming procedures
• Proficient in taking vital signs
• Excellent clinical support skills in OB/GYN settings
• Comfortable using Epic EMR for documentation
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
