Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to medical-surgical telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry strips
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Michigan
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Minimum 1-2 years of MS/Tele experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Cardiac rhythm interpretation
• Telemetry monitoring
• Patient assessment and care planning
• IV therapy and medication administration
• Excellent communication and teamwork
