Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to patients on the medical-surgical telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding to changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-discharge care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Experience in med-surg or telemetry preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Telemetry monitoring and rhythm interpretation
• Medication administration and IV therapy
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
