Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients on a medical-surgical telemetry unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs to detect changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of experience in MS Tele preferred
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and interpreting rhythms
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care effectively
