Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients on a Medical Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan or compact state
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent MS/Tele experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
