Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the Main OR
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure safe and efficient operations
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies
• Maintain sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications

• Current Idaho RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience in Trauma, Neuro, and Ortho surgery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of surgical procedures and patient monitoring
• Proficiency in sterile techniques and infection control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
