Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality critical care to MICU patients
• Monitor and interpret vital signs, labs, and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications and IV therapies safely and accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Document patient assessments and interventions in compliance with hospital standards

Qualifications

• Current Illinois RN license
• BLS certification
• ACLS certification
• NIHSS certification
• Experience in ICU or MICU setting preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Critical care assessment and intervention
• Ventilator and airway management
• Hemodynamic monitoring
• Pharmacology for acute care
• Effective communication with patients, families, and team members
