Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate home health care to patients in Albuquerque Heights
- Assess and monitor patient conditions with skill and empathy
- Administer medications and treatments that truly make a difference
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
- Educate patients and families to empower their health journeys
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Mexico
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in home health or acute care settings preferred
- Compassionate team player ready for meaningful patient impact
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Proficiency in home health documentation and care coordination
- Adaptability to varying patient needs in a home setting
