Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population
• Triage patients quickly and efficiently to prioritize care
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to create care plans
• Monitor patients closely and respond to changes in condition
• Manage ED holds with patience and professionalism
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately

Qualifications

• Active RN license required
• Current BLS, PALS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
• Previous emergency room nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and every other weekend
• Comfortable handling ED holds and high-acuity patients

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Knowledge of emergency nursing protocols and triage systems
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to stay calm and focused in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency with electronic health records
