Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
• Assess, triage, and stabilize patients in a high-acuity setting
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver rapid, life-saving interventions
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with families
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality care

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license in Louisiana
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• PALS and TNCC preferred
• Minimum 1-2 years of ED experience highly desired
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in emergency procedures and protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR)
• Adaptability to handle unpredictable patient volumes
