Shift Type: 12.5-hour shifts without a scheduled break; exact shift times and days to be confirmed by the facility
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
- Triage patients quickly and efficiently, prioritizing care based on acuity
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver timely interventions
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency procedures as needed
- Monitor patient conditions and document assessments accurately
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and next steps
- Maintain a calm, reassuring presence during high-pressure situations
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Hampshire or compact state (NLC)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- ACLS and PALS certifications preferred based on facility policy
- Previous emergency department or critical care experience is a plus
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills with the ability to make quick decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Emergency nursing principles and best practices
- Triage and patient prioritization
- Cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation
- IV insertion and medication administration
- Electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Effective communication under pressure
