Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional preventive oral care to patients of all ages
• Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal care
• Take and process dental x-rays with precision
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques
• Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming clinical environment

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
• Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of dental anatomy, periodontal disease, and preventive care
• Proficiency with dental software and digital radiography
• Excellent infection control and sterilization practices
• Compassionate chairside manner with a focus on patient comfort
• Team player who works well with dental assistants and front office staff
