Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to every patient
• Perform rapid assessments and triage to prioritize care in urgent situations
• Collaborate with providers and the care team to create and implement treatment plans
• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency interventions with confidence
• Document patient information accurately and keep families informed and comforted
• Advocate for patient safety and quality care in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Active RN license in New Hampshire or a compact state (or willingness to obtain)
• Current BLS certification (ACLS and PALS a plus)
• Emergency department or acute care experience preferred
• Ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid understanding of emergency nursing principles and triage protocols
• Ability to quickly assess patients and recognize changes in condition
• Proficiency with documentation and basic medical equipment
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
