Location: Atlanta, Georgia

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 - $49.7 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced Level 1 trauma emergency department
Assess, triage, and treat a diverse mix of adult and pediatric patients with varying acuity levels
Collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver timely interventions during critical moments
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all clinical protocols
Support new staff and contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment

Qualifications

Active RN license in Georgia
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
TNCC and ENPC preferred
Minimum 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric emergency nursing experience
Prior experience in a large facility or Level 1 trauma center is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable managing both adult and pediatric emergencies
