Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform X-Ray and CT examinations in an emergency department setting
• Operate advanced imaging equipment including GE Revolution Maxima CT and GE Tempo RAD
• Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout imaging procedures
• Document patient information and imaging data using Meditech system
• Collaborate with emergency department team to provide timely diagnostic imaging
• Maintain equipment and follow radiation safety protocols

Qualifications

• Valid ARRT certification in Radiography (R) and CT
• South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a radiology technologist with CT experience
• Ability to perform both X-Ray and CT exams independently

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of emergency department imaging protocols
• Proficiency with GE Revolution Maxima CT and GE Tempo RAD equipment
• Familiarity with Meditech documentation system
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented and adaptable mindset
