Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to patients in a rehabilitation setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vitals and report changes to the healthcare team
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with RNs and therapists to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of Maryland
• Current BLS certification required
• Previous experience in rehab or long-term care a plus
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Must be able to work per diem shifts as needed

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of nursing procedures and pharmacology
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate bedside manner
• Proficient in electronic health records
