Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer radiation therapy treatments with precision and compassion
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment while following safety protocols
• Collaborate with the oncology team to develop and implement treatment plans
• Monitor patient reactions and document treatment progress accurately
• Educate patients and families about the treatment process and side effects

Qualifications

• Active Arizona state license as a Radiation Therapist
• BLS/BCLS certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in radiation therapy
• Ability to work a day shift schedule with flexibility
• Patient-focused and collaborative approach

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in radiation therapy techniques and equipment operation
• Strong understanding of patient positioning and immobilization
• Solid knowledge of radiation safety regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented documentation and record-keeping
