Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate dental hygiene care including cleanings and preventive treatments
• Evaluate patients' oral health and collaborate with the dentist to create personalized care plans
• Capture high-quality dental X-rays and document findings accurately
• Educate patients on effective oral hygiene techniques to promote long-term dental wellness
• Maintain a clean and sterile environment, preparing treatment rooms for seamless patient flow
• Provide exceptional patient experiences, easing anxieties and ensuring comfort

Qualifications

• Active Dental Hygienist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
• Experience in a dental setting is preferred, but new grads welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental instruments and sterilization protocols
• Knowledge of dental software and patient record management
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to connect with patients of all ages
• Attention to detail for accurate documentation
• Ability to work evening hours
