Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of physical conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home programs
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
• Contribute to a positive and healing environment

Qualifications

• Active Washington Physical Therapist license required
• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a travel role

Education

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Compassion and a patient-first approach
