Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to elderly residents
• Assist with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Support residents' emotional and social well-being
• Document care accurately in medical records

Qualifications

• Valid GNA certification in Maryland required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of geriatric care principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and move residents safely
• Strong observation and reporting skills
• Time management and organizational skills
