Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and on schedule to residents
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily activities
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Collaborate with nurses and staff to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification in Maine
• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Maine
• Current CPR certification
• Comfortable working in a long-term care setting
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and management
• Knowledge of state regulations for long-term care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Compassionate patient care approach
