Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
• Provide compassionate direct patient care and support
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing team
• Assist with daily living activities and promote independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Current LPN or CMA license in Maine required
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or CMA program
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Knowledge & Skills

• Medication administration and management
• Patient assessment and documentation
• Infection control practices
• Electronic health records proficiency
