Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to help patients regain function and independence
• Implement therapeutic exercises, modalities, and interventions to improve mobility and strength
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet productivity requirements
• Adapt to a fast-paced skilled nursing environment while delivering compassionate care

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Texas
• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• 1-3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient care

Education

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and therapeutic exercise
• Patient evaluation and care planning skills
• Excellent documentation and time management abilities
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to meet productivity standards in a fast-paced setting
