Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their needs
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility and function
• Help patients restore strength, balance, and functional independence
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team for holistic care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Texas PT License required
• Rehabilitation experience preferred, but strong clinical skills are essential
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively
