Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver hands‑on physical therapy interventions across a variety of conditions
• Document assessments, treatments, and outcomes in EPIC accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff to coordinate care
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

• Current Michigan Physical Therapist license
• BLS certification
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record preferred
• Ability to work Monday‑Friday day shifts
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
• Physical therapy clinical assessment techniques
• Rehabilitation program design
• Patient education and motivation
• Documentation and regulatory compliance
