Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders and wound care needs
Develop and implement personalized care plans using evidence-based practices
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to improve patient outcomes
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments to ensure optimal recovery
Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers
Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive care
Document all services accurately and maintain compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license
At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
Level II clinical experience for new graduates
Long-term care or rehabilitation experience
Strong clinical skills in assessment and treatment planning

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or equivalent from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Evidence-based rehabilitation techniques
Patient assessment and progress monitoring
Therapeutic exercise and manual therapy
Wound care management
Electronic documentation systems
Supervision of therapy assistants and students
