Roles & Responsibilities

Collaborate with Physical Therapists to deliver hands-on therapy that boosts patient mobility
Implement personalized treatment plans to enhance residents' daily function and independence
Foster meaningful connections in a close-knit skilled nursing facility
Monitor progress and celebrate every step toward better quality of life

Qualifications

Active PTA license in good standing
Any experience level welcome, including new grads
Compassionate heart for patient-centered care
Reliable team player ready to make a difference

Education

Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant program
State PTA licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of therapeutic exercises and modalities
Excellent patient communication and empathy
Mobility assessment and functional training expertise
Adaptability in a skilled nursing environment
