Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Implement and adjust individualized care plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Document patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with an incredible therapy team to maximize patient outcomes
• Uphold productivity standards while delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in New Mexico (or compact eligible)
• 1-3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• SNF experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to meet productivity expectations of 92%
• Ability to present in the building to receive guaranteed hours

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of physical therapy interventions and modalities
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced rehab environment
• Compassionate communication with residents and families
• Familiarity with SNF productivity standards
