Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure patient safety by accurately verifying and dispensing medications
• Review medication orders to ensure compliance with regulations
• Monitor medication therapy and provide clinical recommendations
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams for optimal care
• Maintain accurate documentation and medication management
• Uphold hospital and pharmacy policies to ensure quality care

Qualifications

• Active Nebraska Pharmacist License required at submission
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Ability to work independently on night shifts
• Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
