Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care during assigned shifts
• Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
• Adapt quickly to the unique needs of each unit and patient population

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia or a compact state (or willingness to obtain)
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Recent nursing experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR)
• Flexibility and reliability in a changing environment
