Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist orthodontist during exams and procedures, ensuring patient comfort
• Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
• Take and develop dental X-rays as directed
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment notes

Qualifications

• Active Dental Assistant license in Maryland
• X-ray certification required
• Prior orthodontic experience preferred but not required
