Shift Type: 12:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontist during patient exams and procedures, including bonding, debonding, and wire adjustments
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
- Take and process dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed
- Provide patient education on oral hygiene and orthodontic care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications
- Current Dental Assistant certification in Maryland (or eligibility)
- Orthodontic certification required
- CPR certification (BLS) required
- Strong communication and patient care skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic instruments and procedures
- Proficient in taking digital X-rays and using dental software
- Sterilization and infection control best practices
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with patients and team
