Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 12:30 PM - 8:00 PM
Candidate Pay Rate: $35 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist orthodontist during patient procedures, ensuring comfort and high-quality care
- Prepare and sterilize instruments, set up treatment rooms, and maintain infection control standards
- Take and develop dental x-rays, photos, and impressions as directed
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, brace care, and treatment plans
- Manage patient flow and ensure a smooth, efficient clinic experience
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Certified or Registered Dental Assistant (CDA or RDA) preferred
- Current CPR certification
- Prior orthodontic or dental assisting experience is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, patient-centered attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an accredited dental assisting program preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthodontic instruments, materials, and procedures
- Proficiency in taking impressions, x-rays, and using dental software
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
