Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Empower patients to regain independence through personalized therapy plans
Assess client needs and develop innovative treatment strategies
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Deliver hands-on interventions that make real differences in daily living
Educate families and caregivers to support long-term success

Qualifications

Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing
California licensure or ability to obtain quickly
BLS certification preferred
Experience in rehab or skilled nursing settings a plus

Education

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in therapeutic exercises and adaptive techniques
Strong patient assessment and goal-setting abilities
Excellent communication for building trust with clients
Creative problem-solving to overcome unique challenges
