Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry readings and respond to cardiac alarms
• Provide direct patient care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately
• Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan (or compact state)
• Current BLS certification (AHA required)
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience in MS/Tele
• Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen and background check
• Completion of Trinity-specific skills checklist and competencies

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong telemetry interpretation skills
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and rhythm recognition
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
