Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care on a fast-paced Med Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor telemetry monitors and respond to changes in patient conditions
• Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team to ensure positive patient outcomes
• Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with physicians
• Celebrate wins with patients and families as they journey toward recovery

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Michigan or compact state - we can help with verification
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association)
• At least 1 year of recent Med Surg Telemetry experience preferred
• Comfort working 12-hour night shifts and adapting to a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to complete required health screenings and vaccinations (COVID-19, Flu, etc.)

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong telemetry interpretation skills - you're the heartbeat of the unit
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in electronic health records and documentation
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-acuity setting
• Compassionate patient-centered approach to care
